Faculty and Staff

St. Catherine of Siena has a highly qualified faculty of experienced, dedicated teachers who promote academic excellence and spiritual growth. Together with our staff, they create an atmosphere of encouragement, caring and warmth where students may flourish and reach their full potential. The administrative staff is comprised of a principal and secretary as well as a part time administrative assistant and bookkeeper. The collegiality of the faulty, staff and volunteers of St. Catherine of Siena School sets the tone for the community sense that permeates the school. There is a great sense of hard work, dedication and collaboration along with love of teaching, children and laughter.

There is one class per grade level K-8.

The Pre-School is staffed by a full time teacher and 1-3 aides, depending on class size and needs.

Our kindergarten has both a half day (8:00-11:25) and full day option (8:00-2:55).

Our primary grades have four full time teachers for the three classes in grades 1-3. This allows for extensive small group support in these important years. Grade 4 is self contained with one teacher. Grade 5 begins some departmentalization; having science and social studies with the middle school teachers. Grade 6-8 have 4 full time and one part time teacher to teach religion, English, literature, mathematics, science and social studies to these 3 groups.

There is also part time staffing for special area subjects: Spanish, library, computer, physical education, art and music.
